Vivo X300 Series To Launch Soon in India With Zeiss-Tuned Camera and Dimensity 9500 Chipset

Smartphone maker Vivo is preparing to launch its highly anticipated Vivo X300 series in India soon. The lineup, which includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, was first introduced in China last month and made its international debut on October 30.

The upcoming flagship series will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset and Zeiss-tuned rear camera units, enhancing the photography experience significantly.

Vivo X300 Series Launch Teased on Amazon India

The teaser for the Vivo X300 Series has gone live on Amazon India, confirming the phones’ arrival in the country. The teaser highlights the base model paired with a Zeiss Telephoto Extender Kit, though the official launch date has not been revealed yet.

Reports suggest that the Indian variants will carry the same specifications as their international counterparts.

Vivo X300 Pro Specifications

The Vivo X300 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2800×1216 pixels) BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth visuals and vibrant colors.

It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

The triple rear camera setup on the X300 Pro includes:

  • 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor
  • 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera
  • 200MP periscope telephoto camera

For selfies and video calls, it features a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera.

Security is handled by an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Powering the device is a 6,510mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.

The standard Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display and is powered by the same Dimensity 9500 chipset as the Pro model.

Both smartphones have been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, suggesting that the India launch is just around the corner.

With powerful cameras, long-lasting batteries, and Zeiss collaboration, the Vivo X300 Series could become one of the most talked-about flagship launches of 2025 in India.
