Smartphone maker Vivo is preparing to launch its highly anticipated Vivo X300 series in India soon. The lineup, which includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, was first introduced in China last month and made its international debut on October 30.
The upcoming flagship series will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset and Zeiss-tuned rear camera units, enhancing the photography experience significantly.
The teaser for the Vivo X300 Series has gone live on Amazon India, confirming the phones’ arrival in the country. The teaser highlights the base model paired with a Zeiss Telephoto Extender Kit, though the official launch date has not been revealed yet.
Reports suggest that the Indian variants will carry the same specifications as their international counterparts.
The Vivo X300 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2800×1216 pixels) BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth visuals and vibrant colors.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

The standard Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display and is powered by the same Dimensity 9500 chipset as the Pro model.
