Vivo is preparing to strengthen its premium smartphone lineup in India with the upcoming Vivo X200T, and ahead of the official announcement, multiple leaks have revealed crucial details about the device. From a powerful new chipset to a camera-centric design and long-term software support, the Vivo X200T is shaping up to be a serious contender in the premium Android segment.
According to recent leaks, the Vivo X200T will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2800 × 1260 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering sharp visuals and smooth scrolling.
Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, built for flagship-level performance and power efficiency. The device may come paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring fast app loading, smooth multitasking, and high gaming performance.
Camera performance is expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the Vivo X200T. Leaks suggest a triple rear camera setup, all featuring 50MP sensors, tuned with Zeiss optics:
For selfies and video calls, the phone is tipped to include a 32MP front camera, making it a strong option for photography enthusiasts and content creators.

Connectivity features may include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, eSIM support, and a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The device is also expected to carry IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, a feature usually reserved for ultra-premium smartphones.
On the software front, Vivo X200T is expected to ship with Android 16 out of the box. Reports suggest Vivo could offer up to five major Android updates and seven years of security patches, which would significantly enhance the phone’s long-term value.
