Oppo Find X9 Ultra
Oppo appears to be gearing up to launch its next-generation flagship smartphone — the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Following the successful debut of the Find X9 series in China, the Ultra model has now become the center of attention. Tipped to be the brand’s most advanced device yet, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a 200MP Sony camera sensor, a 7000mAh battery, and Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Recent leaks have also revealed its potential global launch timeline.
According to popular tipster Yogesh Brar, Oppo may launch the Find X9 Ultra globally by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
However, the India launch will depend on how well the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro perform in the market. If both models receive a strong consumer response, Oppo is likely to bring the Ultra variant to India as well.
Leaks suggest that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra could be equipped with a 7000mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever in the Find X series. This massive capacity is expected to deliver exceptional backup for power users.
For photography, the smartphone might feature a 200MP Sony IMX09E (LYT990) primary camera sensor, designed to capture sharper and more detailed images even in low light.
It is also rumoured to include a dual periscope telephoto camera setup, enabling professional-grade zoom and flagship-level imaging performance.
The Find X9 Ultra is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which will reportedly be exclusive to this model.
In contrast, the standard Find X9 and Find X9 Pro use different chipsets. This exclusivity means that the Ultra variant will be the most powerful and premium model in the lineup, offering superior speed, AI performance, and gaming capabilities.
The Find X9 series, launched in China last month, received strong reviews for its premium design and flagship-grade performance.
In India, both the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro are expected to debut soon, with dedicated landing pages already live on Flipkart and Amazon. An official launch date announcement could follow in the coming weeks.
Once launched, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will likely compete with upcoming flagship models such as the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Vivo X300 Ultra, and Honor Magic 8 series.
