Mahindra & Mahindra has officially commenced bookings for the highly anticipated XUV 7XO, the successor to the immensely popular XUV700. With a booking token set at ₹21,000, this new SUV is not just a name change but a significant leap in terms of technology, design, and luxury. Designed as a “Software-Defined Vehicle” (SDV), the XUV 7XO aims to redefine the premium three-row SUV segment in India.
Meta Description: Mahindra XUV 7XO bookings are now open at ₹21,000. Discover the new triple-screen cockpit, Level 2 ADAS, 19-inch alloys, and full variant-wise price list of the XUV700 successor.
The Mahindra XUV 7XO features a much more aggressive and modern stance compared to its predecessor. The front fascia is dominated by a newly styled piano-black grille with jewel-like “talon” inserts.
The biggest transformation is inside the cabin. Mahindra has introduced a “Coast-to-Coast” triple-screen setup, where each display measures 12.3 inches. This includes a digital instrument cluster, a central infotainment system, and a dedicated screen for the front passenger.
Under the hood, the XUV 7XO retains the powerful and reliable engines from the XUV700 but with minor refinements. It also debuts the DAVINCI valve-based damping suspension for superior ride quality.

| 2.2L Turbo-Diesel | 185 hp | 450 Nm | 6-speed MT / 6-speed AT |
The diesel variant continues to offer an optional All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system, making it a versatile choice for both city commutes and highway tours.
Mahindra has upgraded the safety suite to Level 2 ADAS (Sense+). The radar range has been extended from 170m to 250m, providing better detection on Indian roads. Standard safety features include multiple airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
